"I love any opportunity to get women together and talk about health," HealthWISE dietitian Sammy Humphries said.
Held in honour of Women's Health Week, Moree women are invited to participate in a stretch and tone fitness class at the PCYC, taught by experienced trainer Dan Gray from 8.30am.
Dan can work with any fitness level, and is able to adjust his routines according to participants' abilities and physical limitations.

Following the class, Sammy will demonstrate how to make a healthy and simple breakfast, suitable for eating after exercise. The event will run until 10.30am.
"Starting off your day with a good breakfast lifts your energy levels and helps with your brain power," Sammy said.
She said a healthy breakfast is essential to optimise a person's capacity throughout the day, and that it is impossible to "be your best self" without one.
Designed to be a practical and confidence-building event, participants will be encouraged to ask questions and try samples of the delicious home-made muesli, which they will be able to take home.
Running from September 2 to 6, Jean Hailes Women's Health Week is dedicated to making good health a priority for all Australian women. Jean Hailes is a national not-for-profit health organisation which provides information, resources and clinical care to women.
Sammy is excited to see Moree ladies take part in her event.
"It's that holistic approach of exercise and food, but it's also a social event celebrating being a woman," she said.
"Take the time out to take care of yourself and have a little bit of fun."
The free fitness and cooking classes will be held at the PCYC on 359 Boston Street from 8.30am to 10.30am on Saturday, September 7.
Spaces are limited, and anyone who is keen to come along is encouraged to RSVP online at www.stickytickets.com.au/92002 as soon as possible.
