The centre's playground and retaining wall had a full upgrade which took roughly a month to complete.
On Saturday morning, Mary Swan opened the ribbon cutting ceremony with a Welcome to Country and Alf Priestly performed a smoking ceremony to bless the playground and keep bad energies away.
Federal Member for Parkes Mark Coulton attended the ceremony cut the ribbon with Elsie Sullivan, who has attended the centre for the last four years, to officially open the new playground.
"Our playground was in desperate need of repairs and a refresh," centre director Lauren Kinchela said.
"The upgrade has provided us with more shade, trees, gardens, natural textures and materials, two new sandpits and digging patches and more space for our babies and toddlers to explore."
