Their journey begins on Sunday, July 28 in Lee's 1972 280 Mercedes Benz.
The pair will be joined by up to 100 other cars taking part in the 4570 kilometre drive from Bondi to Batt Reef.
Money raised will be donated to children's charity Variety.
"I want to say a big 'thank you' to all our sponsors, participants and volunteers who support us," Lee says.
"Variety empowers Australian children who are sick, disadvantaged or have special needs.
"In the past year alone, 39,320 children received support from Variety."
It's Lee's 19th bash and she says she is looking forward to the event.
Bash participants will drive through Singleton, Inverell, Miles, Emerald, Hughenden, Georgetown, Karumba, Chillagoe, finishing at Port Douglas on August 6.
Cars must be two-wheel-drive, 30 years or older and registered.
"Bash car entrants pay all their costs such as fuel, meals and accommodation," Lee says.
"Themed cars and teams are encouraged to participate ... no amount of decoration is too much."
Almost $50,000 was raised at the 19th annual ADAMA and NAB Agribusiness Celebrity Charity Golf Day, held at Moree Golf Course in June in the lead-up to the Variety Brydens Lawyers B to B Bash.
Seven celebrities were auctioned off to the teams to start the day.
Former Wallabies Justin Harrison and Rod Kafer were also available, as well as cricketers Mark and Peter Taylor and Ian Healy.
