Some of the best shooters from across the region will set on Moree to compete in the carnival and the Western Zone carnival on July 6 to 7.
There will be six events across the weekend, beginning from 9am on Saturday with the 25T Moree CTC Cash Divide Eye Opener Double Barrel Event, followed by the 50T Jukes & Son Tyres Single Barrel Trophy.
Event 3 is the 50T Namoi Cotton Trophy Double Barrel and day one will finish with the 25T NSW Clay Target Association Western Zone Carnival Night Single Barrel event.

Sunday holds two events, beginning with the Tom Boydell Memorial Point Score followed by the Frank O'Neill Trophy Handicap, where all shooters will compete against each other regardless of their grade.
Tom Boydell is a family member of the club's president while Frank O'Neill is a current club member.
"Frank has been part of our gun club for quiet a while," Moree Clay Target Club committee member Anne Johnston said.
"We thought we'd memorialise him because he holds the ethos of the club and he's one of those genuine people you can have a chat to."
There will be an overall High Gun 'Gold Clay' awarded to the top shooter across the weekend as well as graded 'Silver Clay' High Guns and sections sashes awarded to the winners of each event.
"(The Gold Clay) is a piece of jewellery that David Benn Fine Jewellery creates and that's something that people will travel for to try to win," Johnston said.
"It's very hard the overall high gun, it's the best of the best. It's quite a prestigious little trophy to win."
Johnston is hoping to see the same number of people that competed in the Easter Trap Carnival, where around 80 shooters competed.
Nominations can be placed from 8am on the Saturday morning before the first event begins at 9am with practice time available from 3pm on the Friday, July 5.
There will be food provided throughout the weekend as well as Saturday night dinner and a Sunday morning breakfast at the club.
"We're just excited to see people coming back to the area. A lot of people have been coming to us for many years," Johnston said.
"It's nice to see the support and see more people coming into Moree for weekends like this."
