The competition brought almost 100 golfers to Moree from June 4 to 6 for a two-day individual tournament and a one-day open foursomes event.
The tournament win is her third in a row, and fourth overall after her first title in Moree in 2014.
"I'm pretty happy with that," Purse said.
Purse was particularly pleased with the result considering she had limited preparation in the lead up to the event.
"I wasn't practising much but it was good considering I only had about four days preparation," she said.
Despite that, she said she was still "a little bit confident" entering the tournament.
The Moree weather had a big impact on the opening day, with Purse and the other golfers battling cold and windy conditions.
"Half the time the ball was coming back to me in the wind," Purse said.
Nevertheless, she was able to walk away with a solid score of 83 on day one.
Day two brought easier conditions and Purse hit a great score of 81 to bring her total to 164, a whopping 16 shots lower than Armidale's Amanda Carr in second place to win her third consecutive title.
After winning the individual championship, she backed it up with a strong performance in the open foursomes event, finishing second by just two shots with partner Tammy Townsend.
Purse is now preparing for the John Brown Junior Memorial Golf Day in Moree on June 21.
