Each year the preschool has a mothers' and grandmothers' afternoon tea after Mother's Day for all of the childrens' female relatives.

During the week of May 13 to 17, the children baked delicious treats in class which they shared with their female relatives during afternoon tea each day.
Moree Pre-School director Pamela Campbell said the perfect autumn weather drew a large number of people each afternoon.
"We had a lovely roll-up of people," she said.
"That weak the weather was devine.
"Most children had someone there every day, it was lovely."
