Initial investigations indicate a farming equipment vehicle was stationary and waiting to pass over the Gwydir River Bridge on the Newell Highway at about 1.30pm on Saturday, May 18.
Behind the farming vehicle it appears two other vehicles, a white Ford Transit and a white Mazda ute, were also stationary when a B-double truck has collided with the stationary vehicles.
