Moree mayor Katrina Humphries and Moree Plains Shire Council general manager Lester Rodgers presided over the ceremony welcoming the new citizens.
Australia's newest citizens have come from the Russian Federation, Cambodia and the Philippines.
Aliyah Quisa-ot, Zosimo Quisa-ot, Sokmakara Preap and Svetlana Aksenova were all given an Australian flag and a native tree as a symbol of a new beginning, new experiences and for a happy and fruitful life in Australia.
It's the second time this year Moree has welcomed new citizens after 10 people took the oath to become Australian Citizens at the Australia Day ceremony earlier this year.
