Both the league tag and senior men's teams from each club will play each other, with an under 18s match unfortunately having to be cancelled due to Narrabri pulling out.
It will be good preparation for the club with the Group 19 competition set to begin on April 6, with the Boars travelling to Armidale to take on the Rams in round one.
Boars senior men's coach Stan Swan said it will be a good opportunity see where the team is at just three weeks out from the start of the regular season.
"We just want to see where the boys' fitness is at, find out their strengths and weaknesses," he said.
"We'll really see who's going to step up this year, trying different players in different positions."

The Blues finished fifth overall in the Group 4 competition in 2018, but Swan knows they will be a tough side.
"They're a pretty strong team, they show up and play some tough footy," he said.
"We'll have to really go out there to want to play. It'll let us know where we're at."
The matches will be played at Boughton Oval, with the league tag kicking off at 6pm and the senior men's game beginning at 7pm.
