Day (114 off 58) hit 11 sixes and Tapscott (104 off 52) added five more to lead the Crows to a remarkable total of 4/243 in an incredible match against Pally Pub Bulls.
The Bulls fell just three runs short in their chase, Ben Colley top scoring with 81 off 35 balls, with Heath Riggs (53 off 23) and Angus Smith (57 off 36) helping along the way.
Vic Vikings enjoyed a 30-run win over Golfies. Batting first, they reached got 3/187, lead by Darren Colbran (81 off 43), with Adam French contributing another 42. Golfies bowled out for 157, Adam Ha (44) top scoring and Adam French best with the ball with 3/26.
Rangs got back into the winner’s circle with a victory over Colts. Rangs batted first and managed 3/135 off their 20 overs, Jason Poutawa (52 off 49) the top scorer.
In reply, Colts could only manage 4/125, Jack Montgomery (44) performing well at the top of the order and Darrel Smith finishing with 2/10 off his four overs with the ball for Rangs.
Agri Storage remained undefeated with another stellar bowling performance against Balcony Boys.
Agri Storage batted first and were bowled out for just 108 despite a damaging innings from Alf Newman (48 off 24). Joseph Coleman was strong with the ball for Balcony Boys, finishing with figures of 4/18 off his four overs.
Agri Storage held Baclony Boys to 7/100 off their 20 overs with some economic bowling, no one better than Chris Holland who took 4/7 off just three overs.
With just two rounds left, Agri Storage hold top spot on the ladder on 10 points, and look good to make the grand final. Camurra Crows, Vic Vikings and Colts all sit on six points and will be fighting it out to grab that second grand final spot.
In round six, Colts take on Golfies, Balcony Boys go up against Rangs, Camurra Crows face Vic Vikings and Agri Storage will play Pally Pub Bulls.
