The Westpac Rescue Helicopter has been tasked to Moree to airlift a man with a serious medical condition to Tamworth Hospital.

The rescue chopper was called to Moree District Hospital on Wednesday afternoon to transfer the man to Tamworth Rural Referral Hospital.
The man is in his twenties and was suffering from a medical condition, according to a report from the Westpac Rescue Helicopter Service media team.
Last month, the chopper was sent to Moree Hospital to transfer a sick two-year-old boy to John Hunter Children’s Hospital in Newcastle.
