A total of 71 year 7 students, coming from primary schools across the district, enrolled at Moree Secondary College this year.
Year 7 advisor Jessi-lee Stewart said the students have been settling well into high school.

“There has been lots of smiling faces each day and students have been very engaged and interested in all activities,” she said.
“We are excited to see what the year brings!”
The students had a fun-filled first few days at Moree Secondary College, which involved plenty of engaging activities such as a scavenger hunt, science challenges, Creative and Performing Arts (CAPA) and PE activities, an introduction to Positive Behaviour for Learning – welfare support system and a visit to Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre.
