Picone scored 99 off just 63 balls as the Crows reached 5/163 off their 20 overs, with Rangs only managing 5/141 in the run chase.
After an impressive 96 last week, Jason Poutawa starred again with the bat for Rangs, amassing 76 off 50 balls but it wasn’t enough as they finished 22 runs short.
Toby Tapscott was best with the ball for Camurra Crows with 2/18 off his four overs.

Agri Storage made it two in a row after an impressive batting display against Golfies.
Batting first, Golfies got 5/139, Matt O’Donnell leading the way with 76 runs. Beau McMahon and Adam Bailey took all of Agri Storage’s wickets, with three and two respectively.
In reply, Agri Storage only needed 10 overs to win the game, thanks to some ferocious batting by Kyle O’Connor and Mark Stewart.
O’Connor top scored with 69 off just 27 balls, with Stewart adding 40 of his own as Agri Storage cruised to 2/143. Thomas Duncan was the only Golfies player to take any wickets, finishing with 2/29.
Pally Pub Bulls notched their first win of the competition after easily accounting for Balcony Boys.
Pally Pub Bulls rolled Balcony Boys for just 46, Dannan Sweeney taking 4/2, with Angus Smith and Nathan Porter chipping in with two wickets apiece.
Pally Pub Bulls chased down Balcony Boys’ total off nine overs with six wickets in hand.
In the final game of the weekend, Colts won by forfeit over Vic Vikings.
