There will be eight teams involved in this year’s competition, including last season’s winners Camurra Crows.
The Camurra Crows will once again be looking to defend their title after being overall winners of the last four T20 competitions.
The tournament starts after a successful 40 over competition in which the Moree Milk Stallions were victorious in the A grade final.
Runners up, Rangs, will field a team in the T20 competition and will be looking to go one step further.
Moree and District Cricket Association president Glen Holland named a few players to keep an eye on throughout the competition.
“Our main rep players in Moree, Chris Holland and Ben Day are always strong with the bat,” he said.
“Tom Ryan has been the leading run scorer for Moree this season.”
The competition gets underway this coming Saturday January 12, beginning at 1:00pm at Ron Harborne Oval.
