Hardman survived four putt-offs to make it to the last hole in the final of the shoot-out, on Thursday, December 6.
He played three grade shots down the ninth green and sank a two metre birdie putt.
Evans also played great, shooting 38 off the stick, but had to give Hardman a shot on the last hole.
Defending champion John Gourlay also played well for a left-hander, but found Ollie on the seventh fairway to bring him undone.
The shoot-out runs from July to December each year, with all veterans golfers welcome to participate each Thursday.

All competitors tee-off from the first hole and the person furthest from the hold drops out until two people are left to play the final hole.
Each week points are accumulated and the top ten scorers over the six months then come together for the Top Ten Shoot-Out, to determine the overall winner of the competition.
This year’s top ten were Robert Matthews, John Gourlay, Tim Evans, Garry Hardman, Peter La Haye, John Reynolds, Russell Carty, Bob Conroy, Geoff Hunt and David Moore.
Moree Veterans Golf Club would like to thank Major Metals for their sponsorship.
