Woolworths’ Montana Smith was the October winner for the Moree Thumbs Up Thumbs Down Customer Appreciation Award.

Moree Thumbs Up Thumbs Down Facebook group admin recently caught up with Montana to present her with the award.

Montana, who was nominated by Leigh Smith, said she thoroughly enjoys the work she does at Woolworths and said she was thrilled to receive the award.

“It is really nice to receive recognition in the retail industry,” she said.

“I want to thank everyone who voted for me.”

Montana received plenty of congratulations from members of the Thumbs Up Thumbs Down Facebook group.

“And to think you weren’t going to do the work experience there all those years ago because you were so shy! You have blossomed into a beautiful young lady who is amazing at her job!”
