Due to last year’s outstanding success, which saw 80 competitors from across the North West take part, the GTK Teams Throwdown is back for a second year.

Teams of four (two males, two females) will complete four workouts on the day, in two different divisions – RX for the elite athletes and scaled for the beginners and intermediates. There are some great prizes to be won for the winning teams.
Sign-ups will begin at 7am on Saturday, with the first heat to kick off at 8am. There will be a barbecue lunch available for purchase and spectators are invited to go along and watch all the action.
