Moree Community Library coordinator Samantha Geatches explained the Brain Training program for over 50s helps exercise the brain using puzzles and games that improve memory, concentration and problem solving.
“Brain Training is a fun way for people to stay involved, be exposed to books and technology, and continue to learn and keep their brains active whilst enjoying social interaction!” Ms Geatches said.

The interactive hands-on sessions will run for 10 weeks starting October 17.
The program is aimed at over 50s and seniors, and it is suitable for people of all abilities.
Bookings are essential as there are limited places.
