The campaign is accepting donations such as fuel and food vouchers, stock feed, pet food, non perishable food toiletries and bottled water.
Moree Lions Club president Vicky Lyons said she was pleased that Moree Lions Club could contribute $250, the final tally of the haul from the sandwich stall.
“Of the money raised about $37 came from just public donations,” Ms Lyons said.
Ms Lyons said she had noticed more organisations and businesses in the area had started to launch their own drought relief campaigns, and that Moree was nothing short of providing help to farmers in their time of need.
“The delivery will help a lot of farmers around Moree and across the region,” Ms Lyons said on the day.
