Local road paramedics attended to a 28 year-old male after a single motor vehicle rollover near Mungindi.
They treated the male for multiple trauma and transported him to Moree Airport.
The Westpac Rescue Helicopter airlifted the male to Gold Coast University Hospital in a critical condition.
