As well as 2018 Youth Week events, Moree Community Library will be running a number of activities including a Youth Council Storytime on Tuesday, April 17 from 10.30am to 11am, and movie screenings of Ferdinand on Friday, April 20 and Paddington 2 on Friday, April 27 at 10am. The library will also have a craft table set up throughout the second week of the holidays.
Moree Artesian Aquatic Centre will be running a five-day intensive Learn to Swim program during the first week of the school holidays from Monday, April 16 to Friday, April 20. Enrolments close 8pm Wednesday, April 11. Call 6752 2272 for more information.
Aussie Kids of Moree will be running vacation care for school-aged children from 7am to 6pm Monday to Friday during the two weeks of holidays. They will be closed for Anzac Day. Call 6752 7677 for more information.
All Saints Anglican Church Moree will be running the Big Bad Boss Children’s Holiday Club from 9am to 12.30pm on Monday, April 23, Tuesday, April 24, Thursday, April 26 and finishing with a family fun night from 5.30pm on Friday, April 27, featuring a barbecue dinner, jumping castle and kids’ presentation.
Children get to become secret agents on a mission to find the big bad boss and will be doing activities around that spy theme.
The holiday club is open for children aged zero to 12, however parental supervision is required for children not at school.
