As part of the golden anniversary of the opening of the Moree Overseas Telecommunications Commission (OTC) facility, Australia’s second earth-station, students from Moree Secondary College are launching a balloon into the stratosphere with the help of Thunderstruck Aerospace technician Robert Brand.
