Husband and wife duo, Oscar and Susannah Pearse are not feeling very confident in their dancing abilities ahead of Saturday night.
“We started our practice way too late,” Oscar said.
“We only just finalised our routine and we’ve been running the farm and have moved house.
“And I’m the world’s worst dancer.”

Oscar claims he is such a bad dancer that he was even kicked out of dancing lessons when he and Susannah were learning a dance for their bridal waltz.
“We had lessons to do our bridal waltz and the people said ‘do you mind if you stop coming?’ I was stepping on people’s toes, it wasn’t good,” he said.
The Moree farmer and Moree Plains Shire Council’s economic development officer do have a secret weapon up their sleeves – local dance teacher Chelsea Assef who has been kind enough to lend a helping hand.
“When we moved to town we got a wonderful welcome from Chelsea Assef,” Oscar said.
“She has been a gem; she is amazing. Without her there’d be nothing.
“She is so wonderful and so generous with her time. If she can make me dance at all I’ll be very appreciative.”
Oscar said he and Susannah are both feeling the nerves ahead of Saturday night.
“Tensions are high,” he said.
“We’re just hoping the best possible outcome will be that we don’t fall on the floor.
“We’re going for the pity vote. I hope they have a wooden spoon.”
Oscar and Susannah hinted that their dance is “very country”.
