New and existing players can register online via the play NRL website or head down to the blue shed at Boughton Oval at the PCYC entrance each Saturday starting from this weekend until February 17.
Committee member Jason Humphries said volunteers will be stationed at the shed between 9am and 12pm each Saturday taking registrations.
Families who may be new to Moree are being encouraged to head down, and meet the committee behind Junior Rugby League including first time president Aaron Dudgeon who put his hand up for the position in September last year.
All new players are required to take a copy of their birth certificate whilst registering for the season.
“Rugby league is a great game for both boys and girls of all skill levels and involves sprinting, tackling and kicking.
“Being involved with a fantastic team sport like rugby league is great for cardiovascular fitness and endurance, strength in upper and lower body, agility, speed, ball-handling and kicking skills.
“Rugby league also is great for team skills, social interaction, communication skills and self-discipline,” Humphries said.
