It seemed as though the entire population of Inverell showed up at the Eat Drink Live New England festival on Saturday. How could they not? The weather was beautiful, the food aplenty, the wine divine and the entertainment included something for everyone – and no it wasn’t all just country music this time!

Three thousand people, young and old, pollies, foodies and people from all walks of life joined together in the 3rd festival that was by all accounts – the best yet!
They stallholders came from near and far, all around the region to present homegrown, home-made and home-based products that showcase the high quality of agriculture in our area.

Tourism Inverell supported the event, and the group’s manager Peter Caddey even took the microphone and entertained foodies as they enjoyed their meal at the Inverell Club.

CountryMinded candidate Pete Mailler came to Eat Drink Live New England to enjoy the food and support regional products.
The Lions Club could not be missing from the event, and they showed up to help out.
Inverell’s Mayor Paul Harmon popped in on his way to the Remembrance Day ceremony in Delungra.
There was just one thing missing.
