Each year a different location is chosen for the AGM, and this year one of the members suggested Moree.
“It’s our first time in Moree,” vice president Stephen Schreiber said.
More than 100 United Trikers members from all over the country will be coming to Moree for their annual get-together, which includes a Show ‘n’ Shine on Saturday, April 22 at Jellicoe Park from 9.30am to 11.30am.
The whole community is invited to come along and check out the trikes.
“The more the merrier,” Mr Schreiber said. “People often don’t realise how many trikes there are, so it’s a good opportunity for people to come down and talk to the owners. It’s just great fun.”
The AGM will be held at Moree Services Club on Saturday night.
Many trikers are expected to arrive in town on Thursday and most will stay and see the sights of Moree until at least Monday.
“It’ll pump a bit of money into the community,” Mr Schreiber said.
