Site Supervisor

You will be working for a leading infrastructure services company which operates across Australia and New Zealand.

Your new role
As a Site Supervisor your main responsibility will be to oversee the excavation operations on a Defence site. This is a permanent, full-time role based in Darwin.
Your key responsibilities will be:

• Manage the team and oversee all activity on site to maximise site production and execute the defined work within program and budget constraints.
• Ensure that the Tradesmen and Subcontractors follow the operations schedule and program and that their work meets quality requirements.
• Proactively resolve on-site issues.
• Report to management regarding on-site activity and prepare regular scheduling reports.

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role you will have:

• Significant previous experience in Site Supervisor roles in the Civil construction industry.
• Demonstrated stakeholder and planning/scheduling skills to ensure the safe and cost-efficient delivery of work within the given program and timeframe.
• Strong project management skills, knowledge of Civil regulations and OHS.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to details and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
