Your new company
Hays have partnered with a reputable, Nationally recognised Commercial Builder to deliver a $3m School Extension/Refurbishment on a contract basis for 6 months - Permanent is an option for an excellent candidate following project completion

Your new role
You will be responsible for -

Managing the Site working closely with the Project Manager to ensure works are completed as per the scope, on budget and on time.

• Coordinating Subcontractors
• Toolbox talks
• Setting and following OH&S protocols
• Adhering to the Scope of Works

What you'll need to succeed

• A proven track record of delivering Commercial Fit Out/Refurbishment projects valued up to $3m
• Experienced in Site Management
• Trade qualification essential
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Ability to drive trades and get the job over the line
