Green Light are assisting in delivering projects for an industry leading organisation and have a rare and immediate requirement for a talented Service Delivery Manager.
Role Description:
As Service Delivery Leader you are responsible for ensuring that all contracted services are delivered to clients in accordance with contracts. You'll provide a single point of contact for clients in relation to the provision of contracted services and will be responsible for aligning the customers' requirements and expectations with client’s service levels. You will provide governance across all areas of their services including service management, incident and change management, continual service improvement and customer satisfaction as well as playing a key role in ensuring the highest level of operational service delivery.

This is an exciting role and we are looking for someone with extensive Service Delivery Management experience within a managed service environment. You will have 5+ years of managing large contracts for the delivery of IT services with a demonstrated record of consistently achieving high customer satisfaction and SLA conformance.
