Restoration Technician

We are working with an exceptional client the insurance and restoration space. Due to their continued growth and success, we are searching for a Restoration Technician to join their high performing team.

The successful candidate will provide restoration services to clients whose properties have been affected by storms, floods, fires and more. This is an opportunity where you can help customers in their time of need and provide a seamless service ensuring, quality care and efficiency.

Duties and responsibilities include:

• Attend affect properties, providing a seamless and high-level service
• Perform all areas of mitigation and restoration works as required
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders ensuring best outcomes
• Prepare and present damage and inspection reports for insurers
• Complete all necessary job documentation
• Travel to and from sites (work vehicle provided)

We are looking for someone with:

• Previous restoration, commercial cleaning, or construction experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Desire to go above and beyond to deliver exceptional customer service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Driver's licence and White Card (IICRC qualification, highly regarded)
• National Police check and Working with Children Check (or willing to obtain)
