Due to the ongoing growth within Residential Lending, they are looking for a Lending Specialist to join their Brisbane Branch.

Your new role
Working as a Residential Lending Specialist, you will be;

• Specialising within residential lending, completing home loan applications for your clients via phone, virtual meeting or face to face in Branch
• Supporting customers through the end-to-end journey of buying their own home, investment property or refinance solutions
• Fostering customer relationships and develop new ones within the community
• Assisting junior staff members in Branch, as well as supporting the Branch Manager

What you'll need to succeed
To be successful as a Lending Specialist you will have;

• A strong customer focus and proven experience within Residential Lending or Sales (desirable)
• Experience within Lending if not in Mortgages and a desire to build a career within Home Loans
• A great understanding of the end-to-end loan process and credit matrix
• A team player who has excellent interpersonal skills, shows great initiative and has the ability to work autonomously
