Part Time Payroll Officer

Your new company is a forward thinking, services company that specialises in a unique field of customer service. Centrally located close to Mascot station your new company will allow you to advance your payroll career in Australian and NZ payroll within a company re-entering the busy market post-covid. Company is located walking distance from major public transport stations, street parking AND shuttlebus delivery from Mascot station. 60:40 split of working from home.

Your new role

In this part time opportunity, you will be reporting to the Part Time Payroll Manager assisting them with;

• 2x fortnightly, 1x monthly pay-runs for Australian and NZ staff (900+ employees)
• Adhoc month end reporting
• Ensuring all pays are compliant to current award legislation
• Manual timesheet duties

What you'll need to succeed

• Knowledge of NZ payroll processes
• Strong excel knowledge as time sheeting is manual
• Intermediate excel skills
• Excellent verbal and written communications
• Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
