The role

Increased client demand for digital engagement with our people and services has created an opportunity for a Marketing Data Analyst to join the Digital, Communications & Experience (DCE) team. This is a unique opportunity to join a Marketing and Business Development (MBD) team with an ambitious MarTech strategy and existing investment in marketing automation (Oracle's Eloqua) and other systems, with significant development opportunities available.

The key responsibilities and requirements are:

Responsibilities

• Support the core functions of the DCE team, with an emphasis on CRM (InterAction), other digital marketing platforms and channels, and data analytics, flows and management to optimise digital marketing activity and client experience.
• Focus on data management and data flows across systems, including supporting data maintenance, reporting and user training through day-to-day work in InterAction.
• Work on optimising integrations between the CRM and other systems, such as marketing automation platform Eloqua and leading webinar tools and events applications. Use Eloqua to help derive insights and reports on client engagement.
• Focus on Australia but working closely with the Global Digital team on CRM best practice.

Requirements

• Knowledge of, and comfort using, CRM (InterAction or other systems, such as Salesforce), marketing automation or e-marketing tools, and business intelligence and client feedback / surveying programs. Familiarity with Lexis Nexis' InterAction, Oracle's Eloqua, Qualtrics, Cvent, On24, Zoom and Microsoft Teams will be viewed favourably
• Experience with analytics tools (ranging from Excel, Qualtrics, system native reporting, SSRS and BBi) and building reports that track and measure client activity
• Excellent attention to detail and good project management skills
• Effective communication, facilitation and presentation skills to varied groups of stakeholders
• Strong understanding of service offerings and value propositions
• Ability to explain complicated technical solutions to non-technical audiences
