Your new company
This organisation are interested to hear from reliable, organised and hard-working individuals to work for their Assurance and Advisory team, and will be responsible for managing case work across one of their projects. People are at the heart of their success and they are currently seeking high performing professionals that have demonstrated professional experience within Financial Services.

This organisation are responsible for delivering large-scale projects for their FS clients which can involve potential solutions including; Case assessment, Reporting for Regulators and Ombudsmen, Investigation and Claims handling/review.

Your new role
The team works in a target-orientated, quality-controlled environment where being able to work with a high level of accuracy to prescribed processes and to strict deadlines is a prerequisite.

As a Junior Case Assessor, you will be required to:

  • Take ownership of data collation relating to case files
  • Ensure the correct and efficient preparation of files for assessment
  • Verify and validate the completeness of case files in line with the prescribed process guidance
  • Achieve or exceed performance targets in relation to quality and productivity for cases allocated
  • Investigate and document discrepancies identified
  • Ensure correct application of prescribed assessment guidelines and appropriate business judgement is applied for case assessment.

What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate basic understanding of financial planning concepts as well as excellent written communication, organisational and time management skills.
You will also require the following:

  • Undergraduate degree (business/finance specialisation is strongly preferred)
  • Work experience within Financial or Professional Services will be highly regarded
  • Prior experience in an advice compliance or file review environment would be desirable
  • Ability to solve problems and manage personal workflow
  • Attention-to-detail
  • Ability to work within deadlines to achieve targets
  • Proven time management skills
