Job Description
Providing a single point of contact for the company's Project Personnel, Franchises and Distributors, providing a range of proactive services designed to develop a healthy business relationship.
Manage order entry sales and projects, order status and delivery notification, referral advice, complaints resolution, stock return, policy explanation and pricing.
Delivering agreed service levels to all Indirect Channel Members. These service levels are to be measured against determined bench-marked standards for service delivery.
Provide excellent customer service to resolve escalation situations.
The Successful Applicant
SAP experience preferred but can provide training
Work well under pressure
Good business acumen - problem solving skills.
Attention to detail
Exposure to logistics/warehousing industry
