Our client has a strong project port folio, a fantastic client base, and repeat business. Our client is looking for a experienced civil / structure / mechanical supervisor to help deliver small civil / steel structure type projects up to $6m. They erect large steel fencing and security walls across Australia. Structural steel experience not required as bulk of the work is civils.
Attitude is everything, enthusiasm, drive and good communication internally and externally. Ability and proven experience in delivering similar civil projects around that $200k- $10m. Able to run multiple projects too. Experience working as a sub contractor to a Tier 1 is ideal too. Roads, highways, rail experience essential.
You will be required to drive the crews on site, being accountable for safety and time. Dealing with the client, working under major Tier Tier C's and doing your job with a smile.
Local Australian experience is unfortunately essential, due to knowing the local standards. This will not be overlooked. You will have worked with a recognised civil contractor or builder, Tier 2 or 3. You will have worked on civil, roads, rail, commercial, industrial buildings projects for example.
Most importantly you will be working with a company that has a focus on their employers and wasn't their employers have an influence in the direction of the company. Close knit team, strong culture.
