NRMA Parks and Resorts is seeking an experienced client-side project manager for its vast portfolio of holiday parks and resorts. This is a new opportunity for a hands-on role to deliver projects across a growing portfolio of parks and resorts.
Our stunning beachfront location in Coolangatta will be your base, matched with travel to some of the most iconic tourism locations in Australia.
NRMA Parks and Resorts is a wholly-owned subsidiary of the NRMA – keeping people moving for 100 years. Our expanding portfolio of owned and managed holiday parks currently features 46 holiday parks and resorts.
The Role:
The Capital Works Manager will have responsibility for projects ranging from $50,000 to $500,000 that include infrastructure works and refurbishments along with construction of buildings and recreation facilities. This role will be responsible for managing the projects from inception to completion, working with stakeholders to plan, design and execute projects.
Reporting to the Manager Capital Development, you will be confident in your ability to work autonomously to drive multiple projects to completion without compromising quality, safety, or the environment. Close liaison with stakeholders is required to ensure the comfort of guests and minimise impact on operations. Regular travel will be required.
