You will be working for a public sector organisation, based centrally on the Gold Coast. This is a great opportunity to work with a well-respected organisation. Highly experienced Customer Contact Call Centre Consultants are required to work within a large team on a medium term contract.
Your new role
Will be required to handle calls and emails, answering a variety of queries from members of the public utilising internal systems. Providing excellent customer service on every call, providing advice and directing calls appropriately.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered for this role you will have and be able to demonstrate:
Able to attend a virtual assessment centre
Available to commence June 2022. Ability to work on a roster basis between the hours of 7am and 6pm Monday to Friday (rosters published 4 weeks in advance)
What you'll get in return
4 weeks classroom training and post-training support. You will benefit from a medium term contract for up to 3 months, with a possibility of an extension. You will join a supportive team within the public sector based on the Gold Coast.
