Our client is a highly regarded and all round impressive fintech business that offer their clients specialised lending advice. As a result of ongoing growth, they are looking for a talented, client focused and energetic Business Development Manager to join their team.

With a highly skilled team, impressive collection of awards and an exceptional management team, they are an attractive employer in their space.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Manage a portfolio of active clients within your territory
  • Work with clients at a strategic level to increase market awareness and referral opportunities
  • Build brand awareness and identify new business opportunities
  • Attend and present at networking and industry events
  • Work closely and collaborate with the Victorian team to achieve set targets

Skills and Experience:

  • Demonstrated experience in a Business Development role, or within a sales environment
  • Confident communication skills and professional approach
  • Energetic, passionate and eager to succeed
  • Strong client servicing and relationship building skills
  • Able to work as part of a high performing team
