Building Supervisor

Your new company
A leading project builder who have a strong reputation at providing quality family homes and unit developments has an immediate role for an experienced building supervisor to help continue to deliver there homes in Melbourne’s outer south east

Your new role
Working as part of a small and collaborative construction department, the role will see the successful candidate being responsible for the delivery of a manageable portfolio throughout Melbourne's south eastern suburbs including Officer, Clyde and West Gippsland. The role will see you responsible for scheduling and coordinating trades, monitoring quality and budgets and ensuring OHS standards are adhered to.

What you'll need to succeed

In order to be considered for this opportunity you will ideally have

• a carpentry background
• Experience using Build Trend or similar workflow programs
• proven residential site supervision experience managing a portfolio of homes.
• Good communication and diary management skills are essential
