The business recorded a significant reduction in its total recordable injury frequency rate from 37.6 last year, to 31.6 this year (a 16 per cent decrease), as well as a reduction in the lost time injury frequency rate from 9.1 last year, to 7.0 this year (a 23 per cent decrease). A key reason for the improvement was the increased focus on team member behaviours driven through a continued focus on manual handling and moving safely techniques and a new business safety coaching program.
