This weekend’s Jump4Em Charity Campdraft Weekend has been postponed due to the recent rainfall.
Warialda received 56ml of rain on Wednesday night, making the grounds of the Warialda Showground too wet for horses to safely compete.
The event has now been moved to next weekend – Friday, Saturday and Sunday (October 20, 21 and 22) – and will run in conjunction with the Warialda Honey Festival on Saturday, October 21.
Nominations have reopened for everyone on Campdraft Central, with those already nominated securing their places.
Those who can’t make it next weekend are encouraged to put their scratchings in as soon as possible.
There has also been a slight change of program, which now includes novice and open 4 open drafts on Friday; open, ladies, junior, juvenile, ladies final and open final on Saturday; and Encouragement, maiden and maiden final on Sunday.
