Robyn Marie Swan, 29, is charged with robbery armed with an offensive weapon, being carried in a stolen vehicle and knowingly dealing with the proceeds of crime.
Police allege William John Abra, 26, was behind the wheel of the stolen utility.
He is charged with armed robbery, police pursuit, drive conveyance taken without consent and drive while disqualified.
Both appeared in Moree Local Court on Monday and were refused bail, meaning they will remain in custody until July.
Police allege the two robbed a Bellata service station about 2.30am on Friday and stole a quantity of cash and other goods.
The pair were allegedly intercepted in the stolen vehicle in Moree that morning which sparked a lengthy police pursuit before it crashed into a fence in Warialda.
Police called in the dog squad who later tracked the man and woman about an hour later hiding in the showground area.
They were arrested and taken to Moree Police Station and questioned by investigators on Friday before they were charged and refused bail.
Barwon police said officers recovered a quantity of suspected stolen goods from the alleged robbery in the car.
The manhunt forced the Warialda school into lockdown with parents told not to attend and a planned assembly abandoned.
Investigations into the incidents continue, police said.
