Three show rings will be operating on Friday and Saturday where the district’s top horses and riders will vie for the ribbons in a range of classes.

Starting with led events ring one will host the hacks, ring two the galloways and ring three the ponies.
The jumping will run concurrently on Friday and Saturday. Competitors will be able to walk the course at 7.30am each day for an 8am start.
Judges Joanne Frasier and Cathy Jackson will be looking for the best in equine activities including led thoroughbred, novice hack, maiden-novice hunter and various champion riders.
Sporting events will be run in age groups starting with under seven years at 2pm; open events include the bending race, flag race, barrels point-to-point and figure of eight.
Main sponsors are Agri Storage and Cultum Contracting.
There will be prizes for supreme rider, supreme hack and supreme hunter hack of show.
