A two-year-old boy was airlifted to a Sydney hospital after with critical head injuries after a utility drove into his home in Moree last night.

The white Toyota Hilux utility was being driven along Gwydir Street about 5.45pm when left the road and drove 10m into the front of a home in Sunnyside Ave.
The child was in the lounge room at the front of the house at the time and he suffered multiple fractures and head injuries.
He was taken to Moree Hospital before being airlifted to The Children’s Hospital, Westmead, where he is reported to be in a critical but stable condition.
The driver, a 56-year-old man from Moree, provided a negative breath test at the scene.
Mandatory blood and urine tests are now being processed. The ute was seized for forensic examination. The driver is assisting police with the investigation.
