Mick Gatto has complained that in an article titled "Judge bribes, military arms sought: the Mafia's alleged Australian operations", Fairfax suggested that he is associated with illegal cannabis transportation. Fairfax acknowledges that Mr Gatto has not been charged with or found guilty of drug trafficking. If the article suggested association with drugs, Fairfax apologises.
