Exhibition technician Tanya Sabine is packing the current display at the Moree Plains Gallery as they are set to close from June 1-12. The gallery will re-open on the 13th with a day of free events for the whole family including artist and ranger talks, bush tucker tasting, a basket weaving workshop, sausage sizzle and a jumping castle. It’s all for the gallery’s upcoming, blockbuster exhibition We don’t need a map: A Martu experience of the Western Desert, which we’ll tell you more about closer to the date.
