Something for everyone at Bellata fun day

MAKE a trip to the Bellata Golf Club this Saturday to help the preschool raise funds for new play equipment.

Bellata Preschool committee member, Gabrielle Miller, said the day will be family friendly.

“At the moment the preschool only has a sandpit and a cubby house.

“We have received funding for some equipment but it isn’t enough for a playground,” she said.

The day will be a combination of games and activities for the children and golfing for the parents.

“We have many fun things happening on the day; raffles, competitions, face painting, golf, Harley rides and more,” Mrs Miller said.

A four-[person Ambros will be teeing off at 1pm to get the day started.

At 3pm the fun will begin with families by the bundle joining in on the day.

“There will be three different raffles that are up on offer; a farming raffle with oils and chemicals for the men, a children’s raffle with toys and games and a ladies raffle full of vouchers,” she said.

The committee are hoping for a large number of participants to help get the funds that they need for the playground.

“All of the money will go towards the rest of the playground and if there is any leftover we will save it for anything else the children need throughout the year,” Mrs Miller said.

The fun-filled day is open to anyone.

“Thank you so much for our sponsors and people who have donated raffle prizes, this weekend will be great so come down and support the Bellata Preschool,” she said.
