A big, new and roomy display area has been created with more space to display the entries.
And the schedule also provides an amazing scope of topics to test your skills with the camera.
Organisers are encouraging everyone to get involved this year, even if you haven’t entered before.
The photography section this year presents an amazing opportunity to achieve great results as well as perhaps having some extra funds in your pocket as a result.
Two new classes have been included which should create a challenge with specific focus on the outdoors.
But if wandering around our amazing, local landscape isn’t your thing, then there is also a section involving the kitchen.
Without the same wonderful local businesses, which support the event every year with their sponsorship, the committee wouldn’t be able to be so generous with their prizes.
Thanks go to McGregor Gourlay for their continued interest and support.
Local businesses are the backbone of our community.
One new class which has been included this year is ‘focus on cotton’ as it is part of the lives of so many in the community, which is sponsored by Cotton Info.
The other class is sponsored by the North West Local Land Service and the Gwydir Water Advisory Group.
Now is the time to test your skills.
It is not too late but don’t wait too long as entries for the photographs have to be in the hands of the steward or delivered to Moree Frame and Art by next Friday, April 17.
Entry forms and schedules for this section, and others, are available on the Moree Show’s website.
Whatever your age or your talent with the camera, give it a go!
You may surprise yourself and also gain from the opportunity to participate with the great range of topics and also fabulous prize money.
No late entries will be accepted at the showground as the judging takes place beforehand.
