Chief instructor Nel Jones said the event went well.
“The whole couple of days went brilliantly,” she said.
“It was held on David Schouten’s private property as it has been for a long time and we’d like to thank him for allowing us to continue to use it.”
All up 53 people contributed to the mini camp while 60 contested the competition on the Saturday.
“We divided the children into groups according to abilities,” Jones said.
“We covered all phases of riding from hacking to dressage to showjumping,” she added.
The event was also thrown open to visitors with Rhiannon Byers taking out the 15-17 year age group while Jessica Towns won the 13-15 age group.
The 11-13 age group was won by Courtney Barwick, Charlie Horn won the 9-11 age group while Allie Horn won the seven and under 9 category with runner-up Max Newick.
Mollie Armstrong was awarded the under 7 winner with Jacob Williams the runner-up.
Jones said some riders would now head off to the Brisbane Royal Showjumping next month to compete.
Jones said Pat Sinclair did a fantastic job running the kiosk on the day.
“We had pies and cakes available all day and she always does a marvellous job.”
